清洗之前宜用竹刀先將零部件表面的污垢(如防塵罩外表面會有很多塵土、氣缸體類的零件在其外殼曲線變化處會積留很多厚且易除的油泥)簡單清潔一下,以便延長清洗液使用壽命。

工作原理

通過換能器,將功率超聲頻源的聲能轉換成機械振動,通過清洗槽壁將超聲波輻射到槽子中的清洗液。由于受到超聲波的輻射,槽內液體中的微氣泡能夠在聲波的作用下快速變大破裂,破裂時產生的高強度剪切力作用于各類樣品上,從而達到清洗、提取、乳化、加速溶解、粉碎、分散等作用。

The high-strength shear force generated during rupture acts on various samples, achieving cleaning, extraction, emulsification, accelerated dissolution, crushing, dispersion, and other functions.

超聲清洗效果不一定與(功率×清洗時間)成正比,有時用小功率,花費很長時間也沒有污垢。而如果功率達到一定數值,有時很快便將污垢去除。若選擇功率太大,空化強度將大大增加,清洗效果是提高了,但這時使較精密的零件也產生蝕點,得不償失,而且清洗缸底部振動板處空化嚴重,水點腐蝕也增大,在采用三氯乙烯等有機溶劑時,基本上沒有問題,但采用水或水溶性清洗液時,易于受到水點腐蝕,如果振動板表面已受到傷痕,強功率下水底產生空化腐蝕更嚴重,因此要按實際使用情況選擇超聲功率。

If the selected power is too high, the cavitation intensity will greatly increase, and the cleaning effect will be improved. Moreover, the vibration plate at the bottom of the cleaning cylinder will have severe cavitation and increased water point corrosion. When using organic solvents such as trichloroethylene, there is basically no problem. However, when using water or water-soluble cleaning liquids, they are prone to water point corrosion. If the surface of the vibration plate has been damaged, the cavitation corrosion at the bottom of the water will be more severe under high power. Therefore, ultrasonic power should be selected according to actual usage conditions.
